Learn About Fosters Bakery’s Products

  1. How do we deliver Fosters products to our customers?
    Our products are frozen and stored externally at the Ice Co (or with other partners) who also distribute our products. Customers can collect products from our bakery or from one of our distribution partner’s warehouses. Additionally, we have 6 delivery vehicles of our own.

  2. What is the minimum order quantity?
    One
    pallet. This may be a mixed pallet (36-60 cases, depending on product and case size). Contact us for details on specific products.

  3. I’m a chef, I need smaller deliveries than a pallet; how can I obtain Fosters products?
    Through a frozen foodservice distributor. Chances are that your regular supplier sells our products. Contact our Sales Team to discuss your local supplier.

  4. When do we deliver?
    Our delivery partners cover different areas of the country on different days. Our welcome pack details delivery days for each area.

  5. Do we do mixed pallets?
    YES! We offer pallets that contain different products (known internally as “Crossdocks”). This is also really handy if you want just a couple of cases of a fringe item (such as gluten-free rolls) with your order or a sample case.

  6. What lead time do we require?
    7-10 days depending on the products. Special bespoke products with unusual ingredients require longer than regular products. Our welcome pack details the lead time for your products. 

  7. What payment terms do we offer to our customers?
    We usually offer 30-day credit terms to all customers, with payment due 30 days after the invoice date unless otherwise agreed differently.

  8. What in-house services have we?
    To support our customers: Our in-house technical team continually work on product development, quality standards, specifications, and food information. They work closely with customers to produce a product to fit the requirement.
    Our in-house engineering department can make tools needed for bespoke products. Our raw materials warehouse holds a large variety of ingredients.

    All over the UK to all counties. We also deliver to Europe and many other areas of the world.
