Coeliac Awareness Week is taking place 13th-19th of May so we thought we would we would highlight our gluten free range! Gluten Free Burger Bun

These are typical of a white roll, round in shape with a domed top and a golden crust. The crust is sprinkled with millet flakes for added texture.

Gluten Free Loaf

A spongy cream coloured crumb with the flavour coming from the starches. This is delicious when toasted.

Gluten Free Scones

These scones are sweet with a crumbly texture and have sultanas distributed throughout.

Gluten Free Roll

These rolls are soft and light in texture and firm yet springy to the touch. The bun itself is quite airy and there is some chew to the outer crust.
